As a little girl, I always believed in magic and not ashamed to admit it that I still do. However, my definition of magic has changed a little bit. When wonderful people in power come together to support the dreams of those who want to make a change through their creativity or ideas that need bigger resources for execution than they have access to, then magic happens . I'm so grateful to Ontario Arts Council - Conseil des arts de l'Ontario and Ted Hsu for supporting yet another dream of mine and for believing in my little project. This strengthens my conviction in my goal through my art to heal and connect communities over personal stories. I see it as my little contribution to the world that needs bonds that are made through empathy, love and kindness. I'm so so grateful for the support. I am ending the year with nothing but a heart that's filled with humility and gratitude. Here's to the year 2025.

    WHAT AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!

2024 has been a roll coaster of events and feelings for me. I can't be more grateful and touched by all the support, opportunities, messages, connections, and friendships that came my way through my art. My first ever Solo Exhibit, Rendezvous with Memories, closes with incredible amount of growth, learning and some pretty exciting news. Thank you Ontario Arts Council - Conseil des arts de l'Ontario and Ted Hsu for the grant, support and belief in this project. Through this exhibit, I was able to achieve my goal of connecting the community over personal stories that were told through my paintings of mundane objects and spaces. The communal celebration of personal stories in my artworks through the lens of viewer's narrative is my humble effort in bringing people together and binding them in empathy and kindness. Here's to many more stories, friendships and connections ahead. I love you guys!! Cheers
